Rapid development of modern mechanical and electrical control system goes after real-time design concept to meet the high reliability of the prototype,quick production and processing.Computer aided design platform of mechanical and electrical control system has to enter into the era of digitalization and virtualization.Building the perfect platform for the rapid development of electrical and mechanical control system should help to accelerate the project development progress,reduce the prototype development process and cost,and quickly verify the prototype and the reliability and integrity of the controller.The thesis is divided into three parts.1.With application of simulation technology in the latest spaceflight electromechanical control semi-physical,system simulation method of AC servo motor and its control technology are summarized.Put forward the 'the importance of 3D field-circuit FEM analysis of AC servo motor '.The advantage of 3D instead of traditional 2D simulation analysis is Illustrated.2.The cogging torque's importance of AC motor are emphasized.List the cogging torque reduction methods and the advantages and disadvantages.Use the analytic method to calculate the coefficient of arc of the motor.Then use the 3D electromagnetic finite element method to simulate cogging torque and no-load condition.Demonstrate the critical technology of 3D electromagnetic finite element and advantages.3.The motor design and control system design are relatively independent.The motor and controller are usually poorly matched.A field-circuit coupling method is proposed in this thesis.The 3D finite element simulation of the motor and control system simulation was carried out on the motor system simulation analysis in order to determine the design of ac servo motor under a certain control strategy which can satisfy the requirement of control performance index.In this thesis,the transient simulation of the ac servo motor system is designed.The load start-up and control are realized.And the simulation results are given.In this thesis,the simulation method of field-circuit coupling is of great reference value for the optimization design of other types of motors...
