The global energy problem is getting worse,energy crisis of lighting products will become more deteriorating,we should save energy and improve efficiency urgently.After Comparing the linear power driver and switching power driver,the switching power has the higher efficiency,wider output voltage range,precision output current.The switching power is different from the traditional lighting source,especially design for LED loader.The LED loader is a kind of diode,it has the same curve with diode device.Considering the product's offset parameter,usually when in use it will take the string and connection circuit,in order to luminous flux requirement,but this circuit can't assure the same output currents among all the loaders.So the current's sharing design must be added when the circuit has multi-output loader.The paper mainly discusses the current sharing technology of multi-output Loader on LED lights.After comparing the methods of the current sharing technology,including the cost and power loss,developed a new current sharing technology which contains simple circuit,strong current sharing capability and lower power.This paper designed a kind of switching power with tidal current sharing by using DC-DC voltage signal converter technology.The circuit mainly contains the bridge switching circuit,DC-DC voltage signal convert circuit and the MCU sampling and feedback circuit,The circuit control signal is sampled and calculated by the chip PIC16F1825/9 and it's functional circuit.The control system has broad range output voltages,lower ripple output voltage and high power conversion efficiency.The signal method of the control system is using the charge of output capacitors in the transformer secondary output circuit.When the capacitors' charging process and discharging process is stabilization,the loader with two channel or multi-channel,could using the transformer secondary blocking capacitor and output flow diode working for a period between two adjacent channel output loaders.Each blocking capacitors changing the charges follow the control process according to the logic programming,During the circuit's hardware designing,based on the LLC resonant circuit platform,adjust the signal sampling circuit on transformer primary blocking capacitor's parameter.the blocking capacitor could participate in resonant,added a output capacitor among all the transformer's secondary output channel loader,it could balance the output current between output channels with the control of MCU.This could not only solve the problem of self-adjustment low efficiency adjustment of the traditional resonant circuit,but also expand the output range.
