In recent years,the"demographic dividend"phenomenon is gradually declining with population aging situation.The quantity and quality of the traditional nursing home has been unable to meet the needs of old people nowadays.Under this circumstance,many high-grade healthcare community are introduced to provide higher quality on the elderly care,health care,safety monitoring.At the same time,along with the rapid development of Internet,the traditional wired monitoring equipment cannot adapt to the new needs of mobile monitoring devices since its unavoidable limitation.Based on this,it is significant to establish a set of elderly health monitoring system in the retirement community.Whether being indoor or being outdoor,portable devices can acquire physiological signals in real time and transmit them to the community health monitoring center,which is of great practical value for caring elders,referring medical data and improving quality of health care.This paper designs a kind of wireless pulse wave monitoring system based on ZigBee and sensor.It realizes the wireless monitoring function of pulse wave in a certain area and the calculation function of pulse wave velocity?PWV?.For the monitoring data in multi node transmission,ZigBee MANET network path optimization problem is studied theoretically,and for the elderly apartments and other specific areas,two optimization algorithms are researched.The main work of this article is as follows:?1?This paper analyzes the pulse wave of human health parameters based on the needs of health care community and the elderly,analyze and the pulse wave velocity?PWV?measurement of the elderly and put forward the overall design scheme of pulse wave wireless monitoring system.By comparison with Wifi technology and Bluetooth technology,low power ZigBee wireless transmission technology and the micro control unit?MCU?is optimized to be used in this system and.?2?In the process of system design of ZigBee technology in the two layer routing algorithm:Cluster-Tree[7]algorithm and AODVjr[7]algorithm,pointed out in the former and the latter network transmission efficiency problems in the pension community environment to implement the routing process problem of high energy consumption,and pointed out the two common problems,which will not consider the node energy.Based on greedy forwarding algorithm and node energy considerations,this paper proposes two optimization algorithms:GPSR-N algorithm and GPSR-L algorithm,which solves the path optimization problem of greedy forwarding algorithm well,and prolongs the lifetime of network.?3?According to the overall design of the system and the modular design idea,the hardware and software of the pulse wave wireless monitoring system are designed respectively.Shanghai Qingpu District are selected as a high-grade health care community to take spot tests for three channel sensor data acquisition function,basic communication function,delay time and PWV value calculation of the overall function of the system,the feasibility and design of indoor and outdoor experiments.The experimental results show that the system can measure the required design parameters and send to the host computer in other indoor and outdoor environment.The successful implementation of monitoring and PWV provides a reference for the medical personnel monitoring and diagnosis of arteriosclerosis and other diseases.
