| In recent years,the advancement of science and technology,especially the development of flight control technology,has driven the development of multi-rotor aircraft technology and promoted the rapid development of the current micro-miniature multi-rotor aircraft.In the practical application scenario,the large-load multi-rotor aircraft has certain usage scenarios due to its advantages of simple operation and stable flight.However,due to the high-speed movement of the rotor,it is easy to cause the rigid blade to break in repeated contact with the blade root.The electric multi-rotor aircraft has insufficient driving force due to the motor and ESC technology,and encounters a bottleneck in increasing the load.The engine is powerful enough,but the response is slow,there are difficulties in controlling the response,and there are not many applications on the multi-rotor.In this paper,the aerodynamic characteristics of different multi-rotor aircrafts are studied by CFD method.The main factors affecting the aerodynamic characteristics of multi-rotor aircraft are analyzed,and the theoretical basis for improving the multi-rotor aircraft load is provided.Mainly did the following work:(1)Inductively sort out the aerodynamic layout of common multi-rotor aircrafts,analyze their advantages and disadvantages,and summarize the main parameters affecting the aerodynamic layout of multi-rotor aircraft;(2)Establish a set of numerical analysis method based on fluid dynamics(CFD),which is suitable for the calculation of aerodynamic characteristics of multi-rotor aircraft,and carry out test verification;(3)Calculated the aerodynamic characteristics of multi-rotor aircraft with different aerodynamic layouts,studied and analyzed the main parameters of aerodynamic layout,especially the influence of aerodynamic interference between multi-rotors on the aerodynamic characteristics of multi-rotor aircraft;(4)Complete the aerodynamic layout design of a large-tension multi-rotor aircraft with strong achievability;(5)A prototype of a large-lift multi-rotor(16 rotor)aircraft was produced and a flight test was conducted. |
