The aviation battery pack power supply can be used for emergency power supply of airborne electronic equipment such as aircraft starting,flight control and communication navigation.Efficient and clean lithium batteries are gradually being applied on aircraft,and the voltage of single lithium battery is low.In practical applications,multiple single lithium battery needs to be connected in series to form an aviation lithium battery pack.Since the difference between the individual lithium batteries will seriously affect the charge and discharge performance of the entire lithium battery,the lithium battery energy balance management technology has important application research value.This paper mainly studies the key technologies of energy balance management of aviation battery packs.The specific contents include:(1)An energy balance management system for + 28 V aviation battery pack is studied.An inductor-based equalization circuit is used,and its specific circuit structure and working principle are described in detail.The equalization circuit parameters are designed and the simulation analysis of the equalization circuit is given.(2)The online estimation method of lithium-ion battery SOC is studied.Based on Thevenin equivalent circuit model,the lithium-ion battery model is constructed,and the least squares method is used to identify the model parameters.The improved Kalman filter algorithm is used to estimate the SOC of the lithium-ion battery.Experiments show that the method has high accuracy in estimating SOC on-line and proves the feasibility of the scheme.(3)Aircraft battery equalization management system is developed.The hardware mainly includes MCU control circuit,signal acquisition circuit and equalization circuit.Software design mainly includes main function module,SOC estimation module and equalization control module.An experimental platform for the equalization management system of lithium battery packs is built,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the technical scheme are verified by physical experiments.
