| Due to the soil adhesion problem of the soil-related working parts, the energy consumption during the production operation is increased, the work efficiency is lowered, and the mechanical life is suddenly reduced.Reducing the soil adhesion of the soiled parts has become an urgent problem to be solved. It has been found in nature that soil animals can move freely in the soil, even in soil-heavy environments,to maintain a clean surface.Inspired by animals that have been living in the soil for a long time, relevant researchers have directed research to the soil animals. As a soil animal, the grub, its “non-stick soil” characteristics in sticky soils have attracted our attention. When the soil was excavated, the grub’s surface was found to be clean and there was substantially no adhesion of the soil.In this paper, the grub living body and its surface section are the main research objects, and the reasons for the reduction of cohesive soil are studied.Mainly carried out the observation of the macroscopic and microscopic structure of the grub, the measurement of the hardness of the grub, and the study of the surface wettability of the grub. The soil adhesion test of the grub surface was tested and the micro-electro-osmosis test was carried out by using the tensile test machine. The soil friction test of the grub was carried out by using the reciprocating friction tester. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The grub has a micro-protrusion structure of 3μm and a bristles of 100μm length. The bristles and micro-convex structures of the grub have the characteristics of consistency with motion. The structure and surface properties of the scorpion surface are “not soiled”.It plays a certain role.It is proved by the adhesion test that the grub surface has a good effect of reducing soil adhesion compared with other commonly used materials.Other materials are measured under the same measurement conditions, which is much larger than the soil adhesion of the grub.2.The epidermis of the grub is a hydrophobic surface with a contact angle of up to 108?.The hydrophobic surface has a good effect on reducing soil adhesion.3.The soil friction of the grub epidermis has directional anisotropy, that is,the friction from the head to the tail is smaller than the opposite direction, and the direction of the opposite sex is consistent with the direction of motion.4.The potential between two different points on the surface of the grub is only about 20 mV in the resting state, and can reach 80 mV when stimulated. When carrying out the adhesion of the cockroach activity to the soil,it was found that the soil adhesion on the surface of the living body was smaller than that of the epidermis slice, which was due to the loss of activity of the slice and the absence of bioelectricity. Therefore, the micro-electro-osmosis test was carried out to test. When the stainless steel was turned on and the positive electrode was turned on,the soil adhesion was smaller than that without the electrode, indicating that micro-electro-osmosis has a certain effect of reducing soil adhesion. |
