Cylindrical gear is one of the most commonly used gear transmission forms in helicopter main drive system.Because of its high efficiency,stable transmission ratio,reliable operation and compact structure,it has been widely used in transmission system of helicopter main reducer.However,the key dynamic excitation of the cylindrical gear is difficult to determine,which will lead to system vibration noise and structural failure.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out key excitation accurate calculation methods and experimental research.In this paper,the exact calculation method and test of the key excitation of the aeronautical cylindrical gear are studied,including: the calculation method of the static transmission error of spur gear,the static transmission error equivalent test of the cylindrical gear,the calculation method of the meshing impact and impact energy decay of cylindrical gear and the equivalent test verification of cylindrical gear meshing impact energy decay attenuation.In the research of static transmission error of cylindrical gear,the calculation method of static transmission error based on Ishikawa model is derived.The basic parameters are analyzed for cylindrical gear.The boundary condition and steady-state temperature field of cylindrical gear with thermo-elastic coupling are analyzed.The theoretical calculation method of static transmission error of gear based on thermo-elastic coupling is proposed.The influence of basic parameters on the static transmission error of cylindrical gears based on thermo-elastic coupling is analyzed.In the research of static transmission error equivalence test of gear,the test scheme of static transmission error equivalence validation based on static loading is formulated.The accuracy of theoretical calculation method of static transmission error of cylindrical gear is verified by comparing the theoretical calculation method and finite element simulation analysis method of static transmission error of gear with the experimental data.The corrected theoretical calculation method of static transmission error of cylindrical gear is given based on the experimental data.Theoretical calculation method of static transmission error of gear.In the research of meshing impact and attenuation calculation method of gear,the mechanism of meshing impact is analyzed,and the meshing impact analysis model of gear is established.The calculation methods of meshing impact force,velocity and kinetic energy are established,and the influence law of gear parameters on meshing impact is analyzed.The calculation method of meshing impact attenuation is established according to Rayleigh method.Based on energy conservation,the method of establishing meshing impact dynamics by constant law is studied.In the research of meshing impact equivalent verification test considering decay,the test scheme of meshing impact equivalent verification of cylindrical gear is formulated,and the data processing method of transforming deformation into displacement is formulated.The design of test rig parts and the finite element simulation analysis are carried out.The experimental research is carried out,and compared with the theoretical calculation method of meshing impact considering decay,the verification is carried out.The accuracy of theoretical calculation method for meshing impact of energy decay is considered.
