| Gears play a cirtical role in the mechanical transmission,which are mainly used to transmit the power flow and control the speed and direction of the mechanism.The involute cylindrical gears are widely used in various machines like moderators because of their stable transmission ratio and compact structure.In recent years,with the development of science and technology,the requirements for precision and reliability of gear transmission have become higher and higher.In order to ensure the transmission quality under the high speed and heavy duty,gear design demands the accurate analysis on the tooth meshing contact as well as the appropriate surface modification.At the same time,the finite element and professional transmission system analysis software are often applied to make the process of desgin more efficient and convenient,while the development of those kinds of software is still not mature enough in China.This paper mainly researches the transmission of the involute cylindrical gears.Based on the TCA method and the load distribution,a simplified meshing model is established.By using this model,the effect of the assemble errors and gear modification on gear transmission is disscussed.And the analysis software of gear transmission is developed by the method above.First,based on geometry topology and the theory of the gear generation,the equations and the gaps of the tooth surface of spur and helical gears are obtained.The contact model is established considering the assemble errors.By using the weber energy methon and the linear programming method,the load distribution along the contact lines and between gear teeth are analyzedSecondly,according to the curvature radii and the load distribution,the meshing process of tooth surface is simplified as elastic extrusion between pairs of cylinders.By using the Hertz theory,the distribution of the contact stress and the meshing stiffness under the standard assemble and without modification are solved.In addition,the effects of the helix angle and tooth width on the meshing stiffness are discussed.Then,the mathematical model of crowning spur gears is established,and using the method above to analyse the effects of the assemble errors and modificaiton on the contact trajectory and distribution of the contact stress on tooth surface.In addition,the effects of the modification on the transmission errors and loaded transmission errors are discussed.Finally,based on the analysis method above,the relatived program and the gui interface are written by using python language,and the visualization of data is completed.By the comparison of MASTA results,the accuracy of the program is tested. |
