In recent years,the pressure on the manufacturing market has become more and more competitive,and the needs of customers have become more and more diversified.In order to stand in the market,manufacturing companies have begun to change their production models and use order-oriented production methods to satisfy customers.The demand for the production,while the introduction of universal machines and different efficiency machines makes the production process more flexible.The change of production mode of enterprises has brought great challenges to the production scheduling of enterprises,which has a great impact on the production efficiency and production cost of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the current situation of enterprise production scheduling work,summarize the problems existing in the enterprise and solve the problems.The research object of this paper,S Company,is a gear production enterprise.Its production method is the order-oriented flexible flow shop production method.Firstly,it analyzes the research on workshop scheduling and flexible flow shop scheduling at home and abroad,summarizes the research results obtained by scholars in this respect,and briefly introduces the research purpose and significance of this paper.Secondly,the current organizational structure and production of S company.The current situation of planning,production scheduling and other aspects is analyzed.On this basis,the problems of S company in production scheduling work are summarized.Thirdly,for the problems of S company in production scheduling,this paper is from the perspective of customers and enterprises.Starting from the construction of two objective functions to solve the problems of production scheduling of S company,in order to solve the model constructed in this paper,MATLAB programming is used to realize the genetic algorithm to solve the production scheduling model.Finally,the actual production of the cylindrical gear production unit of S company is used for a certain week.The production data is developed in a case study,and the model is established according to the model and the solution method established in this paper.The comparison between the optimized result and the pre-optimization result proves the validity of the research.The case study shows that after optimization,the on-time delivery rate and machine utilization rate of S company gear shop products have been improved,the production and processing costs have been reduced,and the maximum completion time of production tasks has been shortened,which has certain practical application value.
