At present,X company PT board workshop is faced with a series of problems,such as unbalanced production line,low utilization of equipment and long processing cycle etc.Therefore,the research of PT board workshop production improvement has become one of the main problems that must be solved for the development of the company.Based on the production status of X company's PT board workshop,this paper takes six products such as DPK750 as the research object,and carries out the research on the improvement of single pipeline balance based on SALBP model and the optimization of flexible flow shop scheduling based on improved genetic algorithm.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on improvement of single pipeline balance based on SALBP model.Firstly,this part determines the priority relationship of each process in a single pipeline,and determines the indicators of working hours and production balance rate,identifies the bottleneck process and target rhythm.Secondly,SALBP model for solving the minimum workstation is built to optimize the operation elements of each process.Finally,it compares and analyses the improvement effect with the improvement implementation.The improvement scheme improves the production line balance rate and maximum per capita daily production capacity of PT board workshop by 11.1% and 12.5% respectively,thus effectively reduces the accumulation of in-process products.(2)Research on flexible flow shop scheduling optimization based on improved genetic algorithm.Firstly,this part constructs a general model suitable for flexible flow shop scheduling problem,then proposes an improved genetic algorithm for the model.The algorithm uses real matrix coding and new chromosome expression,uses segmented multi-locus gene crossover and segmented mutation to update chromosomes.Then it uses orthogonal experiments to determine the parameters of the algorithm,and compares with other algorithms.Finally,the optimal scheduling scheme of PT board workshop flexible pipeline is obtained,and the improvement effect is compared and analyzed.The improvement scheme significantly shortens the completion time of each order and effectively improves the utilization rate of equipment.X company PT board production improvement research has improved the company's production efficiency and shortened the product production cycle.The study also has a certain reference value for improving the production efficiency of enterprises with the same or similar conditions as X Company.
