It is a very complex electromagnetic environment in the process of spacecraft development,launching and operation.To make the spacecraft work normally in the whole life,it is must strictly implement the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)test of equipment ?subsystems? satellite and spacecraft.The purpose of this paper is to develop spacecraft EMC test platform,to provide EMC test site and test system for spacecraft equipment,verify the validity of the equipment EMC design measures and foundation for electromagnetic compatibility between the spacecraft system,improve the reliability of spacecraft.Firstly,according to the requirement of electromagnetic compatibility test of the on-board equipment,the overall design scheme of the platform is put forward.Based on the concept of compatible military standard and civilian standard testing,the site performance requirements were put forward,and a 5-meter half-wave dark room was designed as a test site for the electromagnetic compatibility test platform of on-board equipment.In terms of test system,EMI test system with receiver as the core and EMS test system with solid state broadband power amplifier core were developed.In terms of software,the virtual instrument technology is used as the design idea to realize the signal collection,transmission and storage functions of the on-board equipment.Then,based on the overall scheme of the system,the detailed design of software and hardware of the test platform is completed.In terms of hardware,the electromagnetic interference test is carried out with energy exchange equipment such as linear impedance stabilization network and broadband receiving antenna.Electromagnetic sensitivity test is carried out by matching power amplifier with coupling Transformer,injection probe,broadband radiation antenna and field strength probe.In terms of software,the design of virtual instrument modules,test configuration modules,data processing storage modules,graphic display modules,and detection reporting modules are designed in detail.Finally,the test platform is debugged to verify the correctness and accuracy of the platform.Through the verification of the key project system error,it is proved that the software and hardware of the electromagnetic compatibility platform of the on-board equipment is in good condition,the system is stable,and meets the requirements of the electromagnetic compatibility test performance index of the on-board equipment.
