With the world's major developed countries on the power system reform and promotion,the power industry development direction is changed from the comprehensive national monopoly into electricity market.At the beginning of the electricity reform,the development of the bilateral electricity market may be blindness.In view of China's electricity market in the initial stage,the study of the optimal power market structure is necessary for the power market steady and rapid formation.It can maximize the benefits based on selecting an appropriate power market bidding strategy.Game theory bidding strategy is the most common and effective strategy applied at present.Therefore,this paper designs the bidding model based on the game theory bidding strategy,and studies the optimal market scale of the power generation side and the electricity sales side.This paper clarifies the purpose and significance of the power market scale optimization,summarizes the development of electric power system reform at home and abroad,and also analyzes the necessity and research status of bidding strategy in electric power market.Taking the basic conc ept and basic bidding theory of the electricity market as the core,the framework of the basic bidding model is designed,and the objective function and the constraint condition are given.By analyzing the composition of China's power generation market structure,this paper chooses the bidding model based on Stackelberg oligopoly game theory to construct the bidding model of power generation market,and solves the Nash equilibrium solution of the first stage of the model and the optimal solution of the whole society.It proposes solutions to the market size of the power generation side.Using actual calculations,it obtains the curve of the power generation market adjustment tax rate t,the actual electricity price of the user r-t,and the social benefit M as a function of the market scale n.At first,the total social benefits grow rapidly with the expansion of the market scale,and then began to stabilize.As a result of the downward trend,it is necessary to maintain the size of the power generation market within a certain range in order to realize the maximization of all social interests.By constructing the bidding model of the electricity sales company,the bidding model of the electric power user and the bidding model of the actual electricity sales mar ket,it will solve the corresponding set of Nash equilibrium solution.It proposes a solution for the market scale of the power selling side.Use specific examples,it obtains the curve of sell electricity market clearing price R,actual retail price and the market clearing price value r-R and sell electricity market participants profit M vary with the size of the market n curve.With the expansion of market size,the electricity sales market under the joint action of electricity users and electricity sales companies can quickly approach the cost price,bring more benefits to end users,and bring more residual profit for the electricity sales companies and power users.The market structure of the power sales side under the joint bidding model of power users and power sales companies,and the mixed development of the scale of the power sales side market are conducive to the play of market efficiency,making the power selling market a healthy and healthy development.
