The basic theory of Crane modular and serialized design has been put forward by some scholars in Europe and the United States in the 1950 s,and has been widely popularized and applied.Modular and serialized design of lifting mechanism can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.Through modular combination,we can derive a variety of products,achieve full coverage to customers’ different needs,achieve maximum output with minimal input,good economy,make the product market competitiveness,higher technology content.This project is a series of research on the hoisting mechanism of flathead tower crane.The researching range is lifting mechanism of 24 t ~ 160t(rated lifting capacity),which basically meets the requirements of the construction market for hoisting capacity of tower crane.This series of tower crane planning range of 480 t ·m ~ 3200 t · m(rated lifting torque),basically meet the construction market hoisting capacity of the tower crane.According to the large tonnage series flat head tower machine,the influence of transmission system of lifting mechanism,cable winding system of steel wire,variable amplitude car and hook group on the Heqi lifting speed adjustment of the series lifting mechanism design of tower.Select one of the typical models,design and calculate the lifting mechanism in detail according to the design requirements,from the overall scheme design to the design analysis,parameter calculation and structure modeling of the key devices,and give the specific design calculation methods and steps.The design parameters of the main parts of wire rope,reel,reel coupling,reel bearing,bolt,motor,transmission(gear changer),reducer,brake and coupling are determined.In order to ensure the stiffness and strength of lifting mechanism,Ansys software was used to calculate and analyze the lifting coil.The performance parameter list and main parts configuration list of a series of lifting mechanism are given for the research project,and the model is established,the engineering drawings are drawn,and the serialization work of lifting mechanism is basically completed.The completion and implementation of this topic,for my company’s flat crane series of products research and development,manufacturing and marketing applications,provide strong support.
