It enhance the national strength, and it is good to ourpeople and our offspring. Without the construction machines, our constructioncould not been finished, and crane is one very important kind of the constructionmachines. Truck crane has the function of the crane, and it is flexible to moveand is convenient to operate, so it get more favor of people. With the applicationof the crane gradually widely, people put forward higher request all over thedesign and performance. But at present, the car crane hydraulic system designand optimization still stay in the low level of the experience and the prototypetest. This method is unable to safeguard the design optimization accuracy, andthe design cycle is too long and waste many resources.At present, in the process of truck crane hydraulic system design, peopleoften only consider static characteristics, but in fact, dynamic characteristicsshould also be considered. As the key institutions a crane, the stand or fall ofhoisting mechanism and the whole crane performance situation is closely linked.So the design of lifting mechanism should be paid much attention. One usefulmethod is setting up appropriate model for simulation, with it we can know theinfluence of he hydraulic components to the system dynamic response, and wecan get different response through the transformation of components of thesystem parameters, until we get the best of simulation result, it is said we get theoptimal performance of the system.For this purpose, this article chooses the truck crane hoisting system as theresearch object, models based on the power band graph theory, chooseMATLAB/SIMULINK as simulation platform, simulate and analysis thesystem.The main task of this paper is simulate and analysis the truck crane hydraulicsystem. Through the simulation we can master this hydraulic dynamic behaviorof the system, and according to the simulation results we can point out the defects of the system and put forward the suggestion for improvement. Thus, thedynamic behavior of the system is considered, we can modify the preliminaryscheme, so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of the design, greatlyshorten the design cycle and save the cost. This paper firstly describes the carhoist crane principle of work. Secondly introduces the agency several commonform, and the relevant parameters are calculated. Thirdly, established thehydraulic system of power bonding figure according to power again band graph,and derive the mathematical model based on it. And at last,MATLAB/SIMULINK was took as simulation platform. According to thesimulation results, factors on the dynamic property of the system wereanalysised, important element was optimized, and the improvement measureswas put forward. |
