Natural gas is a clean,efficient energy.After the "12th Five-Year Plan",major cities in China have made great efforts to develop gas industry under the guidance of national policies.The scale of gas pipelines is increasingly expanding.However,natural gas has the features of flammability,explosion and high-risk.Once the accident occurs,it threatens people's lives and property and that of the State,especially in densely populated and heavily built-up areas.Hence,it is particularly important to identify potential dangers in time and prepare protective measure without delay in security management of gas pipeline.With the natural gas transmission and distribution system in Jinan being investigated,this paper conducts researches on risk factors,risk assessment index,risk level and the application of risk management.Finally,classified management mode of town gas transmission and distribution network is established based on risk assessment index in this paper.By collecting operation data of a gas company in the past years and arranging vital information influencing gas network in operation,the type of risk is classified and recognized,which is based on components and risk characteristics of gas transmission and distribution system.Key influence factors of various risks to gas pipe network are determined by the expert group,with enumeration analysis,evaluation and sort operations being carried out.With the overall risk of pipe network as the top event,judgment matrix of relevant hierarchical is constructed.Furthermore,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to quantify the weight of key indicators gas pipe network.Marking criteria of key influence factor are determined,combined with characteristics of key factors influencing pipe network system and running data in practical.With the risk evaluation model being constructed and compressive scores of various pipeline facilities being calculated,the risk level is determined.Finally,the research based on risk evaluation is applied to managing work of a gas company,which acquires better effect.The risk evaluation of natural gas transmissionand distribution system provides a reference for classification inspection and risk management of city gas pipeline.
