High energy consumption for heating has become a concerned problem.It is significant to reduce energy consumption for heating and optimize the energy consumption pattern to make energy utilization more efficient under the background of the gradual decrease of energy and resources.However,rational use of energy and resources was usually failed to be considered at the planning stage of heating system,which might result in high energy consumption.Moreover,the construction was always too large to rebuild.Not only brought it heavy economic burden on enterprises,but it made enormous environmental pressure.Besides,the construction of urban heating networks has reached a rapid development period.Both new construction of heating networks in city planning areas and renewal or modernization of old heating networks in towns have become urgent questions for city heating supply.Therefore,saving resources and reducing energy consumption should be considered at the planning stage to reduce the energy consumption for heating radically,and economic development would also be realized as well.In this paper,Xishi district of Yingkou was taken as an example to conduct a complete heating planning and design based on principles of energy conservation and emissions reduction.The main research contents included comparison and analysis of heating scheme,the design for the heating system,the design for heating nets,the design for relay pump station,the design for heat exchange station,environmental benefits and economic analysis.After the implementation of centralized heat supply planning,22 small boiler rooms and chimneys will be dismantled.Thus,a large area of construction land will be saved.Furthermore,the emission of pollutants decreases enormously.The consumption of standard coal will decrease by nearly 18400 tons per year,and almost 3600 tons of ash,192.7 tons of dust,407.5 tons of SO2,404.1 tons of NOx will be diminished per year in emissions.In addition to this,the freight volume of coal and ash will decrease by 22000 tons per year.At last,this paper summarizes the heating planning and design for Xishi district of Yingkou and clarifies advantages on environment and economy.It also can be a useful reference material for other designers and contribute to centralized heating development.
