| The purpose of this study is to verify the reliability of the aero-engine intermediate ball bearings by testing on the tester.This study combines the reliability verification requirements of aero-engine intermediate ball bearings and existing relevant standards to plan the test project,improve the test equipment,and finish the reliability test.Starting from the actual performance evaluation index of aero-engine intermediate ball bearings,this paper decomposes the aero-engine assessment requirements,working condition verification requirements and other factors into the performance,oil breaking ability and durability work life test items,which meets the current reliability verification standard requirements of aero-engine bearings.Test method analysis and test plan design were carried out according to the requirements of different test conditions,such as speed,installation and axial load direction conversion.In this study,the improvement and test tooling design of the doublerotor intermediate ball bearing tester that can realize the axial load direction conversion function is completed.The design results were verified and evaluated.The 276119 angular contact ball bearing was used as the test carrier,and the performance test,oil cut test and life test of the intermediate ball bearing were carried out.This study realized the tester test for the reliability of domestic intermediate ball bearings.The axial load direction conversion test verification of the intermediate ball bearing was completed on the tester.The working state reliability of 276119 angular contact ball bearing is preliminarily verified to meet the requirements of aeroengine and related standards.At the same time,by testing on the improved intermediate ball bearing tester with axial load direction conversion function,the reliability test data of the intermediate ball bearing including the axial load direction conversion state data was obtained.After analyzing the results of the tester test,the inevitability of the intermediate ball bearing slide damage in the axial load direction conversion state is further ruled out.It is found that the mechanical wear of intermediate ball bearings decreases in the normal life-working process.. |
