The Planning Strategy Research Of Coastal Airport New City In Dalian Jinzhou Gulf Based On The Perspective Of Industrial Development

In recent years with Dalian city construction has been a target of the international shipping center in northeast Asia is becoming more and more clear,Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport for saturated and throughput cannot expand land,the construction of the new airport is imminent.Due to the influence of the land limit and the conflict of airspace,the new airport will be located at Gulf of Jinzhou in Dalian and will be built as Binhai international airport in the future.With the construction of the new airport,Dalian municipal government plans to construct the airport new city in its surrounding areas taking into the airport economy through the airport construction so as to promote the economic construction and development of Dalian.How to guide Gulf of Jinzhou airport new city through reasonable planning means is the main research content of this paper.This paper will take Dalian Gulf of Jinzhou airport new city as an example to study the planning of Binhai airport economic zone.As one of the most dynamic and potential areas in the city,Dalian Gulf of Jinzhou airport new city is the major development zone of the city,which owes both the two factors urban coastal areas and the airport economic zone.However,there is a large number of independent planning studies in the vicinity of the airport economic zone or the coastal area,and there is a lack of planning and research on the areas with the both factors.In this paper,the author analyse the airport economic zone and the coastal area respectively as the basis,then combine of the two factors.Take the foreign developed countries as the example of Binhai international airport economic zone planning research,and through the analysis of typical cases,analyze the characteristics of the regional industry and space layout and so on,then to summarize the successful planning experience of Binhai airport economic zone.The focus of this article is on the basis of comprehensive study above,with Dalian Gulf of Jinzhou airport new city,he actual project,Starting from the study of the background and present situation of the development of the region,and in combination with urban future development opportunities,the author makes the planning study of the regional development positioning,industry development research,land layout planning and internal and external transportation system planning study of Binhai international airport economic zone,and summarize the research results in this paper,and discuss how to guide the construction and development of the region through developing scientific and reasonable planning,it is hoped that the future development and construction of similar areas can be used for reference.
