With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards,the number of vehicles has increased dramatically,and the pressure of road transportation is increasing.Public transportation is an important way to solve the traffic problem.In the increasingly congested urban roads,how to dispatch public transport vehicles is an important factor to improve the level of public transport operation and the satisfaction of citizens.This project is a city bus dispatching management system under the framework of provincial transportation service platform.It innovatively designs a short-term dynamic dispatching algorithm to solve the problem of intelligent bus dispatching.This paper analyses the development of intelligent transportation and intelligent bus dispatching algorithms at home and abroad.According to the steps of software engineering management,the functional and non-functional requirements are analyzed firstly,and the scheduling requirements are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of system requirement analysis,the important functional modules such as architecture design,database design,authority management,communication module,operation management,scheduling management,background scheduling management,foreground scheduling management and WEB page are designed respectively.Then the implementation and testing of FIFO scheduling algorithm and dynamic short-term scheduling algorithm are discussed in detail.Finally,the paper summarizes the work done.This paper independently studies and designs the short-term dynamic scheduling algorithm,completes the demand analysis,design,implementation and testing of the scheduling system,and the practical application system has been running smoothly for more than one year.Follow-up can be extended to other cities,but also continue to develop other transportation application systems under the framework of provincial transport service platform.
