In recent years,with the rapidly advancement of Chinese economy,high-speed train has become the main artery to promote the further development of China's economy,which has brought great opportunities to the development of tunnel engineering.The new Shanghai Kunming passenger dedicated railway Changsha to Kunming Guizhou Chashan tunnel,tunnel across the upper Permian Longtan coal bearing strata,containing a large number of coal gas outburst,high risk,brought great security risks to Dasan tunnel construction safety.Chinese?Technical code for railway tunnel with gas?(TB10120-2002)in the strict requirements of high gas tunnel construction,especially strict requirements on conventional tunnel blasting design of tunnel construction footage,serious influence.In view of this,it is imperative to study new tunnel blasting construction method.On the basis of the research at home and abroad,the main research and achievements are as follows:(1)According to the research and experience of gas tunnel construction of gas tunnel at home and abroad,in accordance with the requirements of the design and construction of the conventional blasting design,in the?Technical code for railway tunnel with gas?(TB10120-2002)the safety conditions stipulated in the next to the hole depth charge for a reasonable design,Greatly improve the construction efficiency.(2)According to the domestic and foreign research on hydraulic blasting experience and experience of high gas tunnel blasting construction routine,the blasting test in Chashan tunnel,achieved good blasting effect and provides a new way for future design and construction of high gas tunnel.(3)Through continuous test,the parameters of tunnel construction are summarized and optimized,and the smooth blasting test of tunnel is achieved through water pressure blasting,and good results are obtained.(4)Through the analysis and comparison of the conventional tunnel blasting effect and tunnel blasting effect in the field,summarized the shortage of the conventional high gas tunnel blasting construction design,and compared with the conventional hydraulic blasting tunnel tunnel blasting,high gas tunnel construction for future reference.
