Research On The Design Strategy Of Urban Community Park From The Perspective Of Health

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the problems affecting human health have evolved from infectious diseases in industrial civilization to non-communicable diseases.This is especially true in China.In the rapid urbanization and economic development,the incidence of chronic diseases and mental illness among urban residents is growing rapidly,and the unreasonable design of urban community environment is an important cause of disease.At the end of the 20 th century,the“Healthy Urban Movement”launched in Europe and the “Physical Activity-Oriented Community Environment Construction” initiated by the US Centers for Diseases and Prevention promote urban environment construction with the goal of“population health promotion” and prevent chronic diseases and mental illnesses such as obesity.A certain result has been achieved with the treatment.As an important public activity green space in the community environment,community parks are the focus of healthy urban environment construction.The quality and planning of community park environment has become the core indicator of health community assessment in more than 70% of the world’s major cities.As a green space in the city,community parks are the “second nature” in the city.At the same time,as the core type of green space in the community life circle,the health impact of community residents is quite deep.In the new era,urban community parks must follow the "people-oriented" design concept to meet the needs of deeper people and achieve health promotion.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the community park environmental design strategy from the perspective of “health+”.This paper attempts to analyze the relationship between environmental health and urban construction by analyzing the relationship between environmental health and urban construction,and summarizes the design principles and strategies of community park environment under the premise of promoting public health.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the necessity of urban community park design research from the perspective of health,summarizes the current population health problems in urban health care construction in China,and outlines the possibility of Western countries promoting public health through community park environment construction.The second chapter of the thesis is related theoretical research.After explaining the two concepts of“health perspective”and“community park”,the paperstudies the related theories of community park environment design and urban health environment design.Specifically,it includes health promotion theory,urban easy-to-path space theory,public fitness space theory,environmental psychology,environmental behavior,and rehabilitation gardens.The third chapter analyzes the relationship between community park environment and community health on the basis of theoretical research,including meeting the health needs of residents and promoting the development of health activities.On this basis,it summarizes the environmental design elements to realize the environmental health effects of community parks.Specific aspects include the park’s health perception elements,the creation of healthy spaces,and the “community park system” in urban construction.The fourth chapter of this paper puts forward three principles for the design of community park health environment,including universal sharing principle,portable reachability principle and comfortable activity principle,and analyzes the significance and characteristics of each principle in practice.In the last chapter,based on the previous research on design principles and theories,the community park design strategy under public health construction is proposed.The design method seeks to find the design details that people have neglected,the “micro scale” that enhances the health perception elements of community parks according to specific cases,the “middle scale” created by the health function space,and the design of community parks in the healthy urban green space system.The three dimensions of the macro scale propose seven specific design strategies to highlight the network and comprehensiveness of the spatial dimension in the design process.The thesis aims to promote the design of community parks for health promotion and enrich the theoretical study of urban “green city” construction public green space design in China,and provide strategic suggestions for environmental design of community parks in healthy living circles.
