Liaoning power grid is the main power grid,the power structure is unreasonable,the system is very lack of peak-shaving power.With the rapid development of Liaoning economy and the adjustment of power consumption structure,the load of Liaoning power grid will increase rapidly in the future,and the peak-valley difference will gradually increase.According to the forecast,the maximum load of Liaoning power grid will be 63800 MW in 2025,and the daily maximum peak-valley difference will reach 24 000 MW.The demand for peak-shaving power supply is very urgent.In order to meet the peak load regulation demand of Liaoning power grid,maintain the safe and stable operation of Liaoning power grid,improve the power structure,cooperate with new energy sources such as nuclear power and wind power,improve the quality of power supply,and optimize the layout of storage power stations in Liaoning power grid,it is urgent for Liaoning power grid to build pumped storage power stations with good regulation performance on a certain scale.Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station is close to Shenyang Load Center with advantageous geographic location,large installed scale,moderate water head,good development and construction conditions,no reservoir resettlement and environmental protection constraints,good engineering and economic conditions,and strong market competitiveness.This design is the construction organization design of the underground powerhouse system of Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station in Liaoning Province.The quality,safety and progress of the construction of the underground powerhouse system directly affect the management objectives of the whole project.The underground powerhouse of this hydropower station belongs to a very large cavern,which has a large amount of work and complicated layout of the cavern.It is difficult to construct,and its construction period is very tight.In this paper,according to the actual geological environment of the site,analogy with other large hydropower stations,according to the construction principles,from its construction procedures,construction methods,construction support tunnel layout and other aspects of underground powerhouse excavation construction organization design.In this construction organization design,the excavation of underground powerhouse is carried out according to the principle of "layered zoning".At the same time,the construction emphasis is laid on the upstream side wall support,the rock anchor beam of the third floor of powerhouse and the opening of the high side wall.The construction adheres to the principle of "small hole into big hole" and "first hole after wall",and adopts such technical measures as controlled blasting setting,double pre-splitting surface reservation,protective layer control and single blasting requirement to ensure the excavation quality.In order to ensure the effective realization of construction quality,safety and schedule,the risk and control measures that may be encountered in excavation construction are also proposed in the compilation.
