| With the rapid development of the economy, the commercial complex,as the upgrading of the architectural complex and the continuity of the urban space under the background of modern urban development,is a multi-functional and efficient economic aggregate in the city, and the impact on the city is becoming more and more serious. The contemporary commercial complex not only pays attention to the construction of the interior environment of the building, but also improves the landscape quality of its outer space. On the one hand,it is an effective supplement to the urban landscape to alleviate the conflict between the city and the nature. On the other hand,it is to satisfy the high quality life and healthy environment of the urban residents,in order to promote commercial activities and achieve coordination of organic unity between harmonious ecology and commerce prosperity. On the basis of a large number of relevant literature and analysis of successful cases at home and abroad, this paper makes a detailed and comprehensive cognitive analysis of the elements and control elements of the outer space landscape of the commercial complex, which has played a guiding role for further study of the outer space landscape environment in Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu, and providing theoretical reference for future commercial landscape design. In the field survey of Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu, through the field survey and experience experience, the research data are displayed in many ways, such as literature, table and image, and the research results of four aspects of Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu in scale, boundary, density and color are analyzed in detail, which are as follows;(1)on the scale level:on the basis of the continuation of the traditional spatial layout, according to the needs of business layout, human flow arrangement and moving line processing, the size of most space and the sense of enclosure are suitable,so that the visitors feel the charm of "wandering",only the narrow part of the road is narrower, and easy to make people repressed.(2)on the boundary level, the outer space of the Taikoo Li is full of "gap" through the frequent changes in the boundary,so as to strengthen the connection with the surrounding environment and improve the orientation, recognition and interest of the walking moving line.(3)on the level of density,Taikoo Li landscape elements such as trees, pools, guide cards and artistic sketches are scattered in an orderly fashion in the commercial environment, which is very special, and satisfies the visual enjoyment and use of visitors, but neglects the construction of the space of recreation and "green".(4)on the color level, the harmony and unity of the Taikoo Li color can not only reflect the unique simplicity and elegance of the Western Sichuan culture, but also have a sense of fashion in modern cities, but there are still some spaces that can only guarantee the unity of color, lack of color, and make the space color too dim.Based on the above research results, this paper summarizes the advantages of the outer space landscape design of Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu:the people-oriented scale, the changing boundaries, integration of diverse landscape elements, and the color interpretation of tradition and modernity, for providing a new way for the landscape design similar to the commercial complex, and the problems that exist:lack of human recreation environment, lack of green space, and monotonous color in local space, and puting forward some suggestions on these problems to provide guidance for the optimization and transformation of the landscape of Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu. On the basis of the combination of theory and actual case, exploring the design strategies suitable for the exterior space landscape environment of modern urban commercial complex:creating a commercial environment with the characteristics of the city, creating a diversified external space, forming a unified landscape space, landscape design based on user behavior, and creating a green ecological environment, hoping to provide some experience and reference for the development of future commercial landscape. |
