With the rapid development of science and technology at present and the improvement of the modern production,in order to cope with more stringent requirements,the structure and size of the equipment system becomes more complicated in the field of manufacturing technology,the fault is caused by mechanical system has become more diversified and inevitable.Mechanical fault diagnosis is also an important branch of the field.Methods based on knowledge can inject more information of objects,so this paper mainly uses Petri net based on knowledge to diagnose faults.In order to combine the development of the Internet,a fault diagnosis method which combines Petri network and semantic Web is proposed.The main research content and innovation of this topic are as follows:(1)Collect the fault source of the mechanical system,use the fault tree analysis method to establish the fault tree,and establish the transformation method of the fault tree and the Petri net.(2)Based on the fault tree model,using colored Petri net to establish the mechanical system fault model,simulating the colored Petri net to analog fault transmission,analyzing the state space and boundedness to determine the model is finite.This model can be applied to other system faults through simple change statement and function,which has a certain universality.(3)The characteristics of Petri net and semantic Web description language OWL were analyzed,and the semantic mutual transformation rules of Petri net was constructed.(4)The PNML file of the colored Petri net model was obtained,and the XSLT file was written to convert the PNML file to the RDF file in the semantic Web.(5)The RDF file was imported to Protégé,then the axiom and explosion map were analyzed.Comparing with the original Petri network model,the validity of the transformation rule was verified.Combining the colored Petri network with the semantic Web,combining the advantages of the two,the fault query and the fault deduction can be realized in time and effectively.
