Shipbuilding industry has always been an important indicator to measure the level of economic development of a country.Since the reform and development,China has established the strategic objective of "building the world’s first shipbuilding power".In recent years,China’s shipbuilding industry has achieved great leap forward development,and has become the most important shipbuilding country in the world.At the same time,the scientific and technological strength of China’s shipbuilding industry has increased significantly.Shipbuilding has also changed from manual to mechanical automatic processing.From the steel plate blanking,group welding,block welding,total group welding,coating and so on,have been gradually automated manufacturing.But manufacturing Bi curve plate as the hull plate accounted for a very large proportion of the current is still mainly rely on the experience by manual processing,the processing efficiency is low,it is difficult to guarantee the quality,poor working conditions and other factors,the development of shipbuilding industry in the ’bottleneck’,but also makes the shipyard to industrial development was blocked 4 times.In this paper,the traditional water fire bending plate technology and the research status of water and fire bending board robot are fully inquired and understood.The traditional line heating technology has been introduced into China’s Shipyard since the 60 s of last century and has been used until now.After the development and improvement of several generations of shipyard workers,the line heating workers have been very aware of and adapted to the traditional line heating technology.Based on the above considerations,the design of the new type of line heating robot is designed,and the traditional heat and water bending technology is applied as the basic starting point.In view of the traditional artificial fire heating technology,it is necessary to raise the flame height and slow down the moving speed when the flame path is processed at the start of the flame path and the distance from the edge of the plate 50 mm.The new type of water fire bending board robot needs to realize the identification of different position points on the flame path and guide the processing of the water fire bending board robot.The existing water and fire bending board robot usually uses "point laser" to guide the machining.This method can not meet the requirements of the above processing technology.This paper introduced the "visual guide" technology to the robot design,the shipyard production environment is very complex,light,dust,water and other factors will affect the visual guidance,robot vision recognition scheme to reduce efficiency,firstly the image visual guide image grayscale,image pretreatment edge detection and image filtering,point coordinates and then by positioning the image characters and segmentation by BP neural network pattern recognition to obtain flame channel,finally the robot according to the coordinates of the lineheating process.By using the above "visual guidance" technology,the scheme realizes the robot can simulate the working way of the workers to process the water and fire bending plate.The robot is more adaptable to the production environment of the workshop,and it is easier for the workers to operate the bending plate robot...
