With the continuous demand for electricity in Southeast Asia and other developing countries and the gradual implementation of China's ECA program,provide environmentally friendly and convenient electric power for land or ports has become a hot issue.In this situation,LNG power generation ships emerge as the times require.As a new concept ship developed from LNG ship type,LNG power generation ship is a kind of comprehensive high value-added ship.Compared with onshore power generation or shore power conversion,LNG power generation ship has advantages of less land occupation,quick construction,mobility,environmental protection,etc.These advantages have LNG power generation ship become a hot trend in the development of LNG ship types.At present,the domestic research on this type of ship has just begun,the research results are scarce,and the design technology is still blank.Therefore,the study of the key technologies of the floating LNG power generation ship in this thesis has a very important theoretical value and engineering application significance.This thesis firstly collects and reviews the research results of LNG ship types,equipments and cargo tanks at home and abroad.Based on this,according to the functional requirements of the floating LNG power generation ship,the characteristics,composition,working principle and system composition of the floating LNG power generation ship are analyzed.The thesis also compared the similarities and differences between the LNG-FSRU and the LNG carrier/fuel power boat.Focusing on the characteristics of floating LNG power generation ships,the key design points are analyzed in detail,mainly including the considerations and principles of overall layout;the design and selection principles of engine room and cargo containment systems;the key to the design of electrical systems and mooring systems for floating LNG power generation ships;Complete stability and damage stability considerations,etc.Then,this thesis focuses on the design of a floating LNG power generation ship,which is a C-type independent liquid tank design method.The general design process of the C-type independent liquid tanks of LNG ships is described.The design loads,calculation of plate thickness,selection of tank materials,and selection of insulation layers are analyzed.The dynamic load and internal pressure applicable to floating LNG power generating ships are studied.For the calculation method,the method of applying the design internal pressure and cargo load to the surface of the inner tank in a manner of synthesizing the pressure is recommended.Finally,the research results are applied to the design of tanks of 10 MW LNG power generation ship which using C-type independent liquid tanks.Based on the finite element analysis method,under the condition of ensuring safety,a structural optimization method that overall thinned and partially reinforced for the 225m~3 LNG tanks was proposed to achieve the objective of effectively reducing the weight of empty tanks.The conclusions of this thesis can provide reference for the design of floating LNG power generation new concept ship.
