In order to study the swing characteristics and fault diagnosis method of curved trench ball bearing,three-dimensional conic curve and three-dimensional cubic curve are designed and processed on the basis of three-dimensional cosine curve of outer ring groove,and the velocity and acceleration of these two curves and cosine curve are analyzed.Aiming at the flexible impact problem of conic and cubic curve,a modified optimization is proposed.In order to find out the swing characteristics of curved trench ball bearings,the vibration signals of cosine,conic and cubic curved trench ball bearing were collected and analyzed on the performance test bench of curved trench ball bearing,and the impact characteristics of three kinds of curved trench ball bearings were obtained.The degree learning model intelligently diagnoses the vibration signal of curved trench ball bearings,which provides the basis for the fault diagnosis of curved trench ball bearings.The main conclusions of the research work are as follows:1.On the basis of nine periodic sinusoidal curves,a three-dimensional curve with nine periodic centerlines of raceway of curved trench ball bearing outer rings,whose axial displacement and angular phase are square and cubic,is designed.The periodic three-dimensional curves are joined by multi-segment quadratic curves and cubic curves,respectively.2.The performance test bench of curved trench ball bearing was refitted,the vibration signal acquisition system of curved trench ball bearing was built,and the vibration signal acquisition of sine,quadratic and cubic curved trench ball bearing was completed.3.In view of the discontinuity of the second derivative of the conic and cubic curves at the splicing points,the tangential circle curve is used instead of the second derivative curve to eliminate the flexible impact caused by the sudden change of acceleration.Then,the transition curves of the second derivative continuous quadratic curve and the third derivative curve are obtained by inverse integral method.4.The modal analysis of the outer rings of sinusoidal,quadratic and cubic curved curved trench ball bearings is carried out,and the vibration signals of the three kinds of bearings are analyzed in time domain,frequency domain,wavelet analysis and envelope analysis.The vibration and impact characteristics of the three kinds of curved trench ball bearings are obtained.5.Fault detection of vibration signals of curved trench ball bearings with different curve shapes is completed by deep learning method.Training the impact vibration detection model of curved trench ball bearings can systematically judge whether there are structural defects and faults in curved trench ball bearings through the flow of signal acquisition,input model and output classification prediction results.The research results of this paper provide a reference for the relationship between the curve structure of the outer ring and the vibration performance of the curved trench ball bearing,and contribute to the further development and application of the curved trench ball bearing.
