Research On Ball Bearing Vibration Experiment And Its Analysis

Bearing vibration has been one of the most important research field. The vibration and noise of domestic bearing is higher than those of abroad one, which seriously influences the working accuracy and fatigue life of a mechanical equipment. So far, there are few vibration data of ball bearings in china. And, the method of vibration analysis is usually used to diagnose fault types of bearing, which is one of focus of the mechanical fault diagnosis studies.In this paper, based on SN vibration measurement system, the test is accomplished to ball bearing such as6012,6212,7012AC,7212AC. The distribution ranges of ball bearing vibration amplitude and characteristic parameters are given, and the grade and regularity of ball bearing vibration amplitude are analyzed. The vibration characteristics are compared and analyzed between the normal bearing and fault bearing, the method for diagnosing the fault bearing of wear and partial damage is obtained.Firstly, the mechanism of production and fault factors of rolling bearing are introduced briefly. The formula of characteristic frequency is given. The frequency, power and zoom spectrum about vibration signal are analyzed as well as the envelope and wavelet envelope.Secondly, the faults in the normal bearings are obtained by accelerated wear test and man-made destruction. The condition and flow of measurement are established according to the standard of bearing vibration.Then, combined with the test data and analysis method of domain, the distribution ranges of ball bearing vibration amplitude and characteristic parameter are given. The vibration grade of bearing6012is analyzed according to the standard, and the grade range of bearing6212is refined. In addition, the vibration grade ranges of bearing7012AC and7212AC are also obtained.And then, using the methods of linear distribution, Weibull distribution and Gaussian distribution the test data are processed, and the distribution regularity of velocity and acceleration amplitude of ball bearing vibration is obtained.Finally, according to the test data, the vibration characteristics between normal bearing and fault bearing of wear and partial damage are compared and analyzed using amplitude and frequency domain analysis as well as the envelope and wavelet envelope. And the vibration analysis method for diagnosing the fault bearing of wear and partial damage is obtained.
