Phosphogypsum is a kind of solid waste residue produced when phosphoric acid is produced with the annual increment of phosphogypsum over 70 million tons.To solve the problem of phosphogypsum resource utilization and further promote the phosphorus gypsum application in the field of building materials,by using the finite element software ABAQUS,the mechanical performance of light wood structure shear wall with phosphor gypsum board and paper phosphor gypsum board as the cladding panel is simulated and analyzed.And this paper studies the influence of different panel materials on the mechanical performance of shear wall and determines the feasibility of paper phosphor gypsum board as a cladding panel in light wood structure,and finally obtains the influence law of main parameters on the mechanical performance and lays a certain theoretical foundation for the engineering application of paper phosphor gypsum board.The main contents are as follows:1.According to the previous experimental theory,the finite element software ABAQUS was used in this paper to compare and optimize the existing wood frame nail connection and shear wall test modeling,and a numerical analysis model suitable for simulating nailing was established and applied to the overall stress analysis of light wood structure shear wall.2.Combined with the test and analysis results of the gypsum board,the paper phosphor gypsum board and the phosphogypsum board nail joints completed by the research group,in this paper,the finite element simulation analysis of the light-wood structure shear wall of different panels was carried out,and the three kinds of cladding material shears were compared to verify the feasibility of the paper phosphor gypsum board as the cladding panel of light wood structure shear walls.3.By changing the model parameters such as wall width,wall column spacing and nail spacing,the main influencing factors and changing laws which affect the mechanical performance of light-weight wood structure shear wall of paper phosphor gypsum board are obtained.And combined with the previous engineering application,Suggestions for the application of paper phosphor gypsum board to lightweight wood structures have been proposed.
