Light wood structure is a building structure made of wood frame wall,floor and roof system,which has the advantages of weight less and is well able to resist lateral and cyclic loads,most of which the cladding panels are wood-based structural panels and gypsum boards.Phosphogypsum is a by-product in the process of producing phosphate fertilizer,with an annual accumulation of more than 400 million tons,the utilization rate is low and it takes up a lot of land.Common phosphogypsum building materials include phosphogypsum board,phosphogypsum block,phosphogypsum hollow stripe board,etc.In order to explore the application of phosphogypsum in light wood structures and the solution of the resource utilization problem of phosphogypsum,thus further expanding the application of phosphogypsum in the construction field.Based on the light wood structure system using the phosphogypsum board as the cladding of the shear wall,this paper is going to do an experimental research.With stud,aspect ratio,panel thickness and the material used,and vertical load as parameters,nine sets of lateral performance tests of timber shear walls are also designed to analyze the wreckage phenomena and modes,the bearing capacity,displacement and stiffness performance under unidirectional load,providing a certain theoretical basis for the engineering application of phosphogypsum board shear wall.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.According to the relevant wood structure specifications at home and abroad,designing the phosphogypsum board shear wall and exploring hold-down connector and an influence of wall studs exerts on the wall,of which the results show that the structure with the addition of hold-down at the bottom of both sides of the wall and the double-layered top beam and the edge column,is the optimal structure of the wall.2.Nine sets of shear wall tests under monotonic loading are observed and recorded,It is manifested that there are three types of wreckage modes of the phosphogypsum board shear wall: panel wreckage,the detachment of bone column and the excessive overall deformation of shear wall.3.Comparing and analyzing the test results,it is found that there is a linear relationship between the width of the wall and the bearing capacity;the thickness of the phosphogypsum board has little effect on the bearing capacity;the lateral performance of phosphogypsum board shear walls is better than gypsum board shear walls;the vertical load can increase the bearing capacity of the wall,but the stiffness is slightly reduced.4.The nonlinear finite element analysis of the phosphogypsum board shear wall is carried out,and some parameter analysis is added on the basis of the existing experimental research.The characteristics and laws of the lateral resistance of the shear wall are obtained from the aspects of deformation,stress and strain distribution.
