With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the city's scale has continued to expand,ecological land has continued to decrease,and ecological problems such as the disappearance of urban ecological barriers have become increasingly prominent.Xingyi City is a central city in the southwestern karst region.There are also problems such as scattered layout of construction land and large-scale development of unused land.Based on the landscape ecology theory,this study carried out landscape classification and landscape pattern analysis,landscape pattern driving factor analysis,ecological security assessment,landscape pattern prediction,and successfully constructed a landscape ecological security pattern that can balance ecological protection and economic development.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)The research is divided into eight landscape types: farmland,garden land,forest land,grassland,urban and rural construction land,industrial and mining storage land,water and bare rock gravel.Due to the influence of social economic development and the continuous growth of population,the fragmentation of landscape patches in the whole region is gradually increasing and the distribution of landscape types is uneven.(2)The eight landscape types in the study area showed a state of 5 increase and 3 decrease.(3)Quantitative analysis of the driving factors of landscape pattern change in Xingyi City based on binomial logistic regression model.The research shows that the overall change of landscape types has different important driving factors at each stage,including population,urbanization level,slope,elevation,etc.The factors have a strong driving force for the change of landscape pattern in Xingyi City.(4)The results of the ecological safety assessment are as follows: the overall area of the severe area is increasing,and it will not improve in a short time.The rest of the ecological security levels are low-grade year by year,and high-level increases year by year.(5)The Logistic-CA-Markov model was used to simulate the landscape pattern in 2015.The Kappa coefficient was 0.7431,and the accuracy was tested.The model is used to predict the landscape pattern in 2020,and the ecological security assessment is carried out according to the three development scenarios,and the safest development scenarios are selected to construct the landscape pattern based on ecological security in Xingyi City in 2020 and 2025.
