and spread faster.In the last two years,especially since entering 2018,the economy is down,the car market is saturated,passenger car sales are down 6% from 2017 and are likely to remain so,As a result,automobile manufacturers are facing more and more pressure of operating costs.Dongfeng liuqi automobile co.,ltd.is a second-tier automobile brand of its own brand,both to consider providing customers with easy to buy,easy to get,accurate accessories,at the same time,we should consider the risk of inventory overstocking.Accessory supply chain plays an important role in after-sales service,a benign supply chain will lead to the improvement of customer satisfaction.,it can improve efficiency and reduce operating costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,in the fierce market competition is conducive to the invincible.From the perspective of research thinking,the overall research idea of this paper is based on the current situation of the company’s accessory supply chain and drawing on theoretical achievements and practical experience,this paper studies the direction of improvement of the company’s accessory supply chain through literature research analysis.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,case analysis and chart analysis,this paper discusses in detail the ideas and specific implementation strategies of the company’s accessory supply chain optimization.At the same time,the author has collected a lot of relevant materials through cnki,wanfang database,wipo database and the library,drawing on its advanced ideas and perspectives,which provides important theoretical support for the research of this paper.On this basis,the structure of this paper is optimized,enriched the content of the article,at the same time to get the final view and results.In the process of propulsion,through case analysis,self-inspection of parts supply chain process is conducted,so as to find the focus of optimization.Separate the engineering development of accessories from the traditional procurement management,put forward the synchronous development strategy of accessory engineering;In procurement management research,the segmented management procurement strategy based on parts life cycle is proposed,realize the piecewise procurement management of new products and discontinued parts;For the problem of high proportion of slow moving parts in stock,implement the inventory optimization strategy of information sharing,reduce inventory through "uniform distribution mode";Finally,to improve supplier parts delivery,implement component supplier evaluation strategy independent of production,establish supplier evaluation standards from aspects of supply quality,delivery and service quality.From the research content,the article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,this paper introduces the research background,significance,research methods and contents of this paper.the second part is the research on relevant theoretical basis,define the relevant concepts of the accessory supply chain,this paper analyzes the connotation of accessory supply chain management from the Angle of accessory supply chain development.Since the 1990 s,the application scope of supply chain in China has been gradually expanded,and enterprises have gradually mastered the basic theoretical knowledge of supply chain and applied it in practice,so as to improve the work efficiency of enterprises,reduce operating costs and promote the improvement of enterprise competitiveness.The third part describes the current situation and existing problems of the company’s parts supply chain.This chapter first introduces the company and its business philosophy and organizational structure.At the same time,through case analysis,the business status of the company’s parts supply chain is sorted out,and the causes of each business status are analyzed one by one to find the root cause of the problem,such as the parts engineering development strategy is not systematic,single procurement management strategy,inventory management strategy is not professional enough,etc.The fourth part is mainly about the problems of strategy formulation,according to ask questions,analyze problems,formulate measures to solve the problem of logic,this part is on the third part of the reason for effective countermeasures to develop,in terms of accessories project development and management,puts forward the industry a few studies of synchronous development management idea,the meaning of research experiences have a certain reference and promotion;In the aspect of procurement management,segmented management is implemented for different cycles of accessories.In the aspect of inventory management,information sharing inventory optimization strategy is implemented to reduce the inventory of slow-moving parts and achieve the goal of inventory structure optimization.Finally,the evaluation standards of accessory suppliers should be improved to improve their responsiveness to after-sales accessories.The fifth and last part is the summary and prospect of this paper,and proposes the goal of improving the quick supply chain in the next stage.The research of this paper has been implemented in dongfeng liuqi company,and achieved some results,it is hoped that the steady implementation of these countermeasures will bring the expected effect to the supply chain management of after-sales parts of dongfeng liuqi company,achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency;At the same time,it is hoped that these solutions can provide reference for other enterprises in parts supply chain management,it has some reference value to the research in this field. |
