| In the past,competition among enterprises was mainly reflected in seizing more market share.With the intensification of market competition and the deepening of value based supply chain management,modern enterprise competition places more emphasis on the establishment of supply chain enterprise partnership relationships.Traditional cooperative relationships are short-term contractual relationships characterized by traditional product buying and selling.The buying and selling relationship is based on the relationship of price,where the buyer causes price competition between the sellers and allocates the purchase quantity between the sellers to control the sellers.Partnership refers to the cooperation between enterprises and their partners in information sharing,service support,concurrent engineering,group decision-making,etc.It emphasizes that supply chain cooperation based on time and strategic cooperation can quickly respond to the market,leverage the core competitive advantages of enterprises,improve product and service quality,and thus bring practical value to supply chain partners.In the automotive industry,forming supply chain partnerships that align with industry characteristics will help enhance the core competitiveness of automotive enterprises and promote sustainable development.Qitong Auto Parts Co.,Ltd.,hereinafter referred to as "Qitong Company",attaches great importance to the construction of supply chain partnership,and has formulated strict regulations and standards under the guidance of enterprise development strategy.However,due to the lack of supply chain partnership construction and the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,the company’s development has crisis,and the supply chain partnership also needs to be adjusted.Therefore,this thesis takes Qitong Company as the research object,Based on resource dependence theory,strategic alliance theory,and transaction cost theory,in-depth research was conducted on the cooperative relationship in Qitong Company’s supply chain partnership using literature research,case analysis,interview,and questionnaire survey methods.This article analyzes the current situation of Qitong Company’s supply chain partnership through interviews and questionnaire surveys.It is found that Qitong Company has limited channels and scope for selecting supply chain partners,poor connection with supply chain partner enterprises,insufficient information sharing ability of the supply chain information management system,and inability to accurately measure the effectiveness of supply chain cooperation.The reasons for the above problems are analyzed,Based on this,suggestions for optimizing the supply chain partnership of Qitong Company are proposed,including enriching the channels for selecting supply chain partners,improving the management system for promoting supply chain partnership,constructing an integrated supply chain information management system,and improving the evaluation system for Qitong Company’s supply chain cooperation effectiveness. |
