Blood pressure and heart rate as an important parameter for human health, are often used to determine the initial starting conditions of a person is sick or not, Clinically, usually based on the level of blood pressure and the speed of heart rate to determine what is required to check the next of the patient, and therefore blood pressure and heart rate measurement is also very important. With the rapid development of computer technology, communication technology, the combination of medical measurements and computer is more and more close. For the above reasons, based on the method of measuring blood pressure and heart rate in a completely non-invasive, this paper proposes a method that combining electronic sphygmomanometer with mobile terminal and PC. The measurement system use MSP430F2618 as the main controller, through the gas path designed to bind in the blood pressure cuff on the upper arm blood pressure signals collected by the pressure sensor converted into electrical signals, and then after a certain amplification circuit and a filter circuit to obtain the signal, and then converted by the ADC, finally the result of the conversion through a certain algorithm to extract the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean pressure and heart rate and displayed on the built-in LCD of the system, and the measurement results in the form of text messages sent via GPRS to on any cell phone, to realize remote monitoring; it can also be sent wirelessly to a PC, plotted as a graph of recent changes in blood pressure, for doctors to determine the blood pressure in patients with recently.Program referred to in this paper and compared with previous products, enriching some features, such as: the measurement results can be sent onto the cell phone in the form of messages via GPRS and can also be sent by wireless delivery to a computer. Whether it is for remote monitoring or small scope management, it provides a convenient means, the theory has a certain practical significance for clinical practice.
