The aircraft power distribution system is used to transmit the electrical energy from the aircraft power supply system to the various electrical equipment,it playing a key role in the whole working states of the aircraft,the development level of intelligent power distribution technology is directly related to the final performance and function of the aircraft electrical system work.Intelligent aircraft power distribution system is the developmental trend of the modern aircraft power supply and distribution system,Its main key technologies include distributed power distribution technology and load automatic management technology.The advantage of using the intelligent power distribution technology are functional expansion and the application upgrading that can be implemented to improve the reliability and maintenance of the system operation.Modern advanced aircraft has been developed towards all-electric or multi-electric type,the number and types of electrical load equipment are also increasing,and more requirements are required for the system design.Therefore,the research on the intelligent power distribution technology has certain practical significance for promoting the digitalization and intelligent development of domestic aircraft power distribution system.Based on the analysis of the power distribution system of foreign advanced aircraft,and the actual application of domestic aircraft,a design idea of intelligent aircraft power distribution system was proposed,the system with load automatic management and bus control was also developed.In this thesis,the design and research of control system and executive system was completed,which are mainly included of control module,power module,SSPC module and so on.The main functions of the whole system are covered: the load automatic management function,communication function,data acquisition function,protection and reset function,data recording function etc.In the whole,the main contents of the study are as follows.First of all,the analysis and research of the aircraft conventional power distribution system.Through analyzing the working principle of the conventional power distribution system,and combined with engineering application and practical experience,the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional power distribution system were concluded.Second,the architecture design of intelligent aircraft power distribution system.We studied the intelligent aircraft power distribution technology with the solid-state power controller as the power control unit,the system has the ability of collecting,monitoring,load management and intelligent protection etc.By proposing the functional requirements and architecture design of the intelligent power distribution system,it provided a basis for subsequent detailed design.Finally,the soft-hardware design and verification for the intelligent aircraft power distribution system.The intelligent aircraft power distribution device was designed based on the DSP and solid-state power controller,through setting an experimental platform,the test of the intelligent power distribution system was completed,its specific technical parameters and characteristics were concluded,and the features and advantages of the system were verified.
