The aircraft power system is consisted by power supply system and powerdistribution system. Aircraft power system’s main function is to provide power for avariety of electrical equipments onboard and ensure electrical equipments’ normaloperation. As technology continues to progress and development, aircraft powersystem develops from the initial low-voltage DC power to high voltage DC powersystems. The high-voltage DC power distribution system has also undergone acorresponding improvement.The paper describes the consists of the high voltage DC power supply system,analysis the high voltage DC power supply systems and distribution systems,detailed analysis the functions of electrical processor and electrical load managementcenter. The paper detailed describes the Solid-State Power Controller (SSPC) ofautomatic electrical load management and the operation principles of common usedSSPC. On this basis, use DSP+FPGA to improve SSPC, discourse SSPC logic unitand control unit, detailed design drive circuit and isolation circuit. The paper derivedinverse protection inverse control algorithm, discourse program flowchart, designedVHDL based quick saver program.By analysis the function of electric load management center (ELMC) andelectrical system processor (PSP), designed and developed based on LabVIEWsoftware development environment ELMC and PSP system software. The paperdescribes system information interaction protocol--TCP and ARINC429communi-cation module design flow and the corresponding program module design steps. Forthe PSP system software, by the analysis of the logic of its own settlement function.Described part of the settlement procedure for the logic flow chart and designeddigital I/O driver subroutine modules. Finally, ELMC and PSP system software havebeen designed Program main frame structure based on time, using switch+casestructure to respond to the user’s instruction, conducted a systematic debugging andfunctional testing.At last, a joint commissioning system hardware and software have been conducted. The results proved that the designed SSPC has a better response time andthe control effect. The designed system software can meet the design requirements.
