With the rapid development of modern science and technology,China’s aerospace products are also changing with each passing day.The quality requirements of cables are becoming higher and higher.The quality of cables determines the normal operation of aircraft.Therefore,the detection of aerospace cables is an important link in the production of aerospace products.For many years,due to technical constraints,cable detection is carried out manually.The work is cumbersome and the detection accuracy is low,which can not meet the requirements of modern aerospace products.This paper analyses the current research status of cable detection at home and abroad,and puts forward an automatic detection system.Through the automatic detection of cable,the detection efficiency and accuracy can be greatly improved,and the labor cost can be saved.It can also save test data and generate test reports for later analysis and maintenance.The basic principle of cable automatic detection system is described,including the testing principle of resistance on-off,four-wire resistance testing principle,insulation resistance testing principle,AC withstand voltage testing principle.On the basis of explaining the basic principle,the hardware part of the cable automatic detection system is designed.Including microcontroller introduction,CAN interface hardware design,four-wire resistance test hardware structure design,insulation resistance test hardware structure design,AC withstand voltage test hardware structure design,CNC constant current source,constant voltage source circuit design,AC amplifier voltage regulator design,distributed switching unit hardware structure design.The software part of the cable test system is designed.It includes flow chart of network table recognition software,flow chart of test control software,flow chart of reference circuit control software,overall structure of software system,workflow,application platform construction,establishment of cable line relationship data table,establishment of related views,establishment of PL/SQL function,realization of Oracle database connection,key technology research of software system.The developed cable testing system is tested experimentally.Including transfer cable test,transfer box test,software operation,analysis of the test results.The test results show that the cable automatic detection system designed can be applied to the detection of spacecraft cables,which solves the bottleneck problem of the current detection of spacecraft cables,and improves the detection efficiency and accuracy.Based on the actual measurement of the designed detection system,this paper summarizes and prospects the designed detection system,with a view to further improvement.
