At present,due to the continuous in-depth reform of the electric power system and the continuous improvement of the electric power market's development model,the establishment of a power customer service system that meets the needs of the market has become an urgent problem for power companies.In addition,the good development of power companies is not only to provide high-quality electricity,but also to provide high-quality electricity services.Service and quality are equally important,and they are the lifeline for the growth of power companies.With the rapid development of Internet technology,power companies have been able to use online customer service systems to solve the problems that users and subsidiaries of enterprises are experiencing.However,most of the online customer service systems that are popular in the market are not yet fully functional.They cannot fully exploit the group's internal technological advantage and the ability to collaboratively solve problems.In addition,most of the system development technologies adopt ASP and PHP technologies,which to a certain extent limit the system's transplantation and function expansion and affect the normal management of power companies.Therefore,it is imperative for power companies to build an online customer service system based on the Spring-Spring MVC-MyBatis(SSM)integration framework based on the actual situation in the industry.Based on this background,this thesis uses the SSM framework that has been recognized and widely adopted by the industry,and uses a lightweight J2 EE framework based on SSM to not only achieve the original functions of the system,but also to upload and download files,and to count users.Satisfaction of staff to achieve various online services,such as business acceptance,consultation,repair,complaints,help,registration,search,etc.,to meet the needs of users in the Internet era of fast and convenient,truly "customer first" service The purpose is to reflect the modern customer service awareness and concept of "creating demand" and "conducting consumption."The online customer service system uses the advantages of Internet technology to build a good platform for communication between enterprises and users.In fact,the online customer service system is an instant messaging software based on the Web page.It uses the website as a carrier to provide users who access the company's home pagewith an instant dialogue with the company's customer service staff.This communication tool integrates seamlessly with the corporate website.Users do not need to install any client software,and can only use the browser to conduct conversations.What we have done is to continuously improve this online customer service system,and through the interaction with users,continuously improve the user's satisfaction,so as to fundamentally improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
