With the rapid development of science and technology in the modern weapon,Modern electronic warfare does not happen between independent platforms,it's going to be an action between systems.It's of great significance to research the cooperative jamming plan for naval fleet.This thesis has provided a decision-making model of cooperative passive-jamming plan for naval fleet in anti-missile operations,and a decision-making model of active-jamming plan for airborne radar based on fleet operations,also proposed the effectiveness evaluation model for cooperative jamming plan,designed the simulation platform software for the decision-making model of fleet cooperative jamming.The main work and innovations of this thesis are as follows:1.Establishing the dynamic search model based on the working mode of missileborne radar.Finding the order of searching intervals in radar searching region by analyzing the feature of the model.With the problems of cooperative passive jamming on fleet,designing the strategy of cooperative passive jamming for fleet,and giving the algorithm of setting chaff cartridges' position,to reduce the threat of missiles to target warship,and to avoid second-threat from missiles to non-target warships in the fleet.2.By simulating and comparing the rationality of algorithm between Tracking,Parallel Approaching and Proportional Booting,selecting appropriate algorithm as guidance model.Proposing an dynamic evaluation model based on target' captured possibility and second-threat duration to non-target warships in the fleet for cooperative passive jamming plan,verifying the feasibility and advantages of the cooperative passive jamming algorithm.3.By introducing the method of signal unit dividing analysis,analyzing the process of jamming formation includes shift-frequency jamming and convolutional-modulation jamming for LFM signal.Designing a method of modulation-and-repeater jamming which combined by blanket jamming and deception jamming that distribution and power of jamming targets' are controllable,giving an algorithm that adjusting jamming power between blanket jamming and deception jamming dynamic,and among the deception targets.Analyzing and simulating the process of antenna side lobe cancellation,proving the feasibility of asynchronous-blinking jamming for cooperative active jamming.4.Proposing a cooperative active jamming strategy by combining asynchronousblinking jamming and modulation-and-repeater jamming.An effectiveness evaluation function relate to detection probability,the number of deception targets and the distance of deception targets is given in the thesis.Verifying the feasibility and advantages of the cooperative active jamming algorithm by effectiveness evaluation function.5.To construct the decision-making system of fleet cooperative passive jamming include of dynamic-search model,guidance model,decision-making model and evaluation model of passive jamming.To construct the decision-making system of fleet cooperative active jamming,include processing model of PC radar signal,decisionmaking model and evaluation model of active jamming.Forming the simulation software which can parameterize and visualize the jamming resources and scenario,jamming decision,and performance evaluation,to provide an intuitive and effective tool for decision-making.
