Chaff is one of the most historical passive jamming,which is widely used in the fields of air-defense,anti-missile and anti-ship.At present,a single source of jamming has been unable to meet the requirements of ship against cruise anti-ship missile.An jamming bomb was modified with adding infrared jamming.It can interfere radar and infrared missiles at the same time.However,the composite jamming bomb on the chaff of the missile capacity is reduced,the current technology of jamming bomb capacity?rapid spread of chaff and chaff cloud RCS need higher requirements.Based on the structure design of the chaff jamming bomb and theory on chaff jamming,this thesis analyzed the characteristics of chaff rapid spread and time behavior by using the software of MATLAB and Origin,which proved that the jamming characteristics of jamming bomb meet requirement.The main contents include:Firstly,according to the structure of the jamming bomb,the length,diameter and loading of the chaff are calculated,and the filling scheme of the chaff in different warheads is designed.The mathematic model of the rapid spread of the chaff is established,and the relationship between the initial velocity and the distance of the chaff from the different lengths is obtained.It is the theoretical basis for the arrangement of the chaff.Secondly,the diffusion model of the single chaff is established by analyzing the force of the chaff at low altitude,and the relationship between the chaff velocity and the z-axis angle is obtained.The diffusion model of chaff cloud was established,and the diffusion and trajectories of chaff cloud were analyzed.The chaff cloud movement was simulated by MATLAB software.Through the simulation on globular chaff cloud,we can conclude that globular uniform distribution chaff clouds RCS values greater and its interference characteristics is stronger.Lastly,the internal and external trajectory calculation of the jamming bomb is carried out,and the position of the explosion point at each level of warhead is obtained.The RCS time characteristics of the chaff cloud is simulated.We can found that as the wind speed increases,the reflection coefficient of sea surface decreases and its effect on the chaff clouds RCS decreases by analyzed the factor that affect the chaff clouds RCS on the sea.According to the theory of centroid disturbance,the method of evaluating the success of chaff clouds interference is introduced.The above result of theoretical calculations and numerical simulation has guiding significance for improve the chaff interference performance of composite interference bomb.
