With the rapid development of electronic measurement technology,the performance of related instruments and equipment has also been rapidly improved,and digital oscilloscopes have increasingly powerful analysis functions.Because of these,digital oscilloscopes are constantly expanding their application areas.Based on these requirements,digital oscilloscopes are increasingly used in more complex test environments for related data testing.Adding the Function of vector signal analysis in digital oscilloscope allows the oscilloscope to take into account the functionality of the vector signal analyzer,which reduces the number of required test instruments and simplifies the testing process by integrating analytical data into a single test instrument.This design realizes the addition of the function of vector signal analysis in digital oscilloscope.This function can be applied to the digital communication modulation error,modulation type,signal-to-noise ratio and other parameters of the digital communication system for testing.The main functions that the software design of the function of vector signal analysis needs to complete are: the function of controlling the interface of software,displaying of the multi-domain graphics,calculation and statistics of modulation error parameters,and transmission of vector signal test data in digital oscilloscope industrial computer.The main research contents of the functional papers are as follows.1.Since the test of the digital signal has multiple kinds of result output and has a complicated displaying mode,the displaying interface needs to be designed to have a multi-window to display and a real-time dynamic displaying function.Enables the digital oscilloscope to display the time-domain diagram of the I-direction signal and Q-direction signal of the vector signal,the spectrogram,the error vector amplitude time-frequency diagram,the eye diagram of the I or Q directions,the vector diagram,the constellation diagram and the symbol error table,etc.Commonly used format;and the design part of the software function control interface is based on VS2017 software development tool,using C# language,which realizes the control panel including the function of vector signal analysis,graphic displaying control panel and other functions on digital oscilloscope control interface.2.After analyzing the definitions of various related error parameters of the quantity signal,the subject completed the calculation and statistics of the digital signal related error parameters such as EVM,ME,PE,MER,IQ Offset,IQ Imbalance.3.For the data transmission and processing control module of the digital oscilloscope,after analyzing the requirements of the vector signal analysis function for the data processing control of the hardware and software of the digital oscilloscope,the software module in the design completes the data in the oscilloscope hardware and software.Control of transmission and processing.The software system of the function of vector signal analysis in the digital oscilloscope studied in this subject has finally been verified and can achieve the expected results.
