With the development of the aviation industry,and gradually open up for low airspace,China’s civil aviation on the demand for air traffic control equipment is growing.At present,China’s civil aviation is mainly using the surveillance mode of secondary radar-based,but due to expensive equipment,China’s surveillance radar hasn’t achieve full coverage of China’s airspace,at the same time,the traditional ground-based radar also has the issues of high infrastructure requirements,high prices,limited scope of monitoring and precision and so on;For the navigation of low airspace,it is caused a serious shortage of navigation monitoring means by the lack of land-based equipment and the problem of monitoring blind spots.With the rapid growth of flight traffic,the problem of aviation flight safety has become increasingly prominent.In order to solve these problems,we develope the ADS-B system.It can achieve similar radar control of radar-free area,and it can also enhance surveillance capabilities in radar coverage areas at a lower cost.Thus it allows the aircraft to fly safely and efficiently,and it can also increase the number of allowed aircraft to fly within a certain range of air.It is indispensable key technology in the field of China’s future aviation surveillance.This paper starts from the overall hardware and software design framework of ADS-B ground system,designs and implements the data processing part of the ADS-B ground system.The data processing part consists of DSP and FPGA,and FPGA mainly realize the message decoding and the function of data bit output.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the DSP part,and introduces the communication interface design between DSP and FPGA.In terms of hardware,this paper analyzes the design of the DSP and its peripheral circuit hardware,including connection circuit of DSP,FLASH and network interface chip and so on.In terms of software,this article designs the driver of the DSP and peripheral chip,and the various modules of the internal data processing program of the DSP.In terms of the key algorithm design,this paper designs and implements the multi-target management algorithm in DSP,the FLASH programming algorithm of DSP,the data error correction algorithm,the software and hardware processing of improving the system stability,and the data communication interface between DSP and FPGA.Among them,internal data processing program of the DSP,firstly receives ADS-B information,processes data error correction,data management,data fusion,data unpacking and packaging and so on,and finally sends the standard message data to the display software of the host computer.The project independently develops ADS-B ground products and systems,which can obtain aircraft location information of remote distance with the equipment,display aircraft location and trajectory in the display control software in real time,and provide the near aircraft information for the ground control center in real time.installing the equipment on the aircraft can help the crew monitor the surrounding airspace aircraft,which can play an important role in maintaining flight safety by observation the monitoring screen.The ground surface system has a certain degree of scalability,1090 ES ADS-B airborne equipment derived from the ground equipment can achieve the function of airborne transceiver integration,can send data packets broadcast and receive data packets,and it is of great significance for the future monitoring system of integrated space and ground.
