| With the rapid development of social economy,people’s demand for electric energy is increasing.At the same time,the demand for the quality and reliability of power supply is higher and higher.For the power system,the distribution network faces the end users,which is directly related to the production and living quality of the public.How to quickly find and fix the line faults under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid and further improve the reliability of power supply,is the key issue that power supply companies continue to focus on.With the rapid development of power technology and communication technology,notable achievements have been made in the construction of smart power grid,based on the advanced information technology,communication technology and control application.However,due to the information security control requirements of State Grid Corporation of China,the existing line fault indicator positioning in Tibet Power Grid stilll only can be operated on the public network,and the dispatchers cannot directly get the malfunction information in the internal network system.With the construction of secure access platform of State Grid,secure access platform and wireless APN private network are utilized,it’s very important to develop a management system that enables malfunction indicator data to be securely and reliably connected to the internal network system,and provide dispatchers with a timely and effective fault location information,based on the secure access platform and wireless APN private network.On the basis of the analysis of current fault-location system development trend,this article combines the data encryption technology,the VPN technology and the object-oriented thinking,J2 EE technology and.Net technology,taking the functional module and architecture design of fault-location system as a research focus,achieved a gateway server software based on.Net technology,and a fault-location master software which based on the J2 EE development model.His article introduces the concept of fault-location system and its development status at home and abroad,data security protection requirements in power system,and the system development model and related technologies adopted,and then proposingthe system development plan and key methods and technologies.This article also provides a detailed fault-location system design scheme,which achieved the function of line faults identification and alarm sending on the intranet of Tibet Power Grid through testing and verification. |
