For a hydropower station,the stability of the plant’s electricity consumption is crucial.The normal operation of the mainframe and auxiliary equipment depends on the power consumption of the plant.Therefore,the quality of the power consumption of the plant power determines whether the equipment of the entire power station can Reliable operation.However,at present,due to the industrial technology level at the time of power station construction,the Ertan Hydropower Station has no system for designing electric energy management,and the evaluation of electric energy management is a blank.Now the state advocates the construction of smart hydropower stations.As a large hydropower station,it is necessary to build a comprehensive evaluation system for electric energy management to improve the intelligent level of electric energy comprehensive management of Ertan Hydropower Station.In the whole chapter,the detailed design and implementation of the electric energy management comprehensive evaluation system of Ertan Hydropower Station was designed and implemented.The system adopts C/S client/server mode,Qt development technology,C# language,Oracle database and MVC development mode.Development.In the development process of this system,the development technology of the electric energy management comprehensive evaluation system is briefly introduced,such as Qt development technology and C# language and common software development mode.Then,through the demand analysis of the electric energy management comprehensive evaluation system,the main functions that the system needs to implement are four aspects: data automatic acquisition,data analysis,event query,status monitoring and report output.Thirdly,according to the system requirements analysis,the MVC software design pattern is used to design the overall technical scheme of the system,and the functional design of the system is designed by using Qt development technology and C# language and tools.The data acquisition software design and module window design are introduced in detail.,database interface design,core function design,etc.Finally,according to the functional operation positioning of the electric energy management comprehensive evaluation system of Ertan Hydropower Station and the system function design results,the system is tested in all aspects,the specific objectives,processes and results of the system function test are introduced,and the development results of thesystem are discussed.Main work and contribution:(1)This thesis analyzes the power quality comprehensive evaluation method,quantifies the power quality assessment index by fuzzy mathematics method,and finally outputs the power quality comprehensive evaluation index to solve the existing situation.The following is not uniform for many power quality indicators and power quality assessment standards.Unable to get the actual status of the exact power quality situation.(2)Using the Microsoft visual studio 2010 platform,using C# language,design a set of electric energy management analysis software system,and analyze the historical data of the computer monitoring system of Ertan Hydropower Station to analyze the trend of power consumption,power quality and equipment characteristics of each electrical equipment.Change of parameters,health status assessment report of output equipment and comprehensive evaluation report of power quality,abandon the inefficient work mode of manual meter reading and manual analysis,and improve the intelligent level of comprehensive energy management of Ertan Hydropower Station.
