Active distribution network can manage resources in the system actively,and use flexible network adjustment technology to achieve effective management of the power flow.However,the randomness and intermittent of renewable energy lead to the uncertainty of the operation of the active distribution network system,so the energy storage system is required.As the country deepened the process of coal de-capacity,research on the use of abandoned mines to build pumped storage stations to serve the active distribution network system can achieve complementary advantages and reuse of the abandoned mines.This thesis first introduces the domestic and international status in the abandoned mine pumped storage station,the use of traditional pumped storage station to serve the power system operation and the optimal dispatching of active distribution network with energy storage systems,and the paper introduced the theoretical exploration and engineering application of foreign research on abandoned mine pumped storage station.Then the basic structure of the abandoned mine pumped storage station is designed.The design ideas and principles of the main components in the pumped storage station are introduced.Also the mathematical model of the operating power and different operating conditions of the abandoned mine pumped storage station is carried out.The regulations and self-advantages of the abandoned mine pumped storage station on the active distribution network are elaborated.Based on the objective function of reducing the investment cost of abandoned mine pumped storage station,the cost of operation and maintenance of active distribution network system and the penalty cost of abandoned wind and power shortage,the optimal configuration model of abandoned mine pumped storage station in active distribution network is constructed.The optimal configuration model is solved by hybrid particle swarm and simulated annealing algorithm.Based on the improved IEEE 14-node distribution network system,the test cases are established.The effects of the installed capacity of the abandoned mine pumped storage station and the access nodes on the objective function in different scenarios are compared.The effectiveness of the model and the algorithm is analyzed and verified.Relevant parameters such as installed capacity and site selection of the mine pumped storage station.Based on the system economic index and robustness index,a robust optimal scheduling model for active distribution network with abandoned mine pumped storage station is established.,The decision-maker's preference information is introduced into the robust optimization scheduling process by introducing the preference model.The improved immune memory clonal selection algorithm(IMCSA)was used to solve the model.Based on the solving information of the abandoned mine pumped storage station in the optimized configuration model,the test case is built on an improved IEEE 14-node distribution network system to verify the feasibility of the model and the proposed algorithm,and analyze the system conditions of the most interesting points.
