In recent years, the improvement of peoples’living standard and the applications increase of various industrial electrification make the electricity demand rapid growth in various fields in the society. While the actual power supply situation cannot satisfy the demand effectively, how to reduce the all kinds of power supply loss to mining potential and ease the growing tension of electrical environment is a problem of the power supply enterprises facing. For low voltage distribution network with complex wring, how to effectively reduce grid loss by three-phase load balancing optimization will have a direct effect on economic and social benefits for the power supply enterprises.The common methods of theoretical line loss calculation of the low-voltage distribution network are introduced in the paper, and the effect of three-phase unbalanced on power loss is also analyzed. The method of graphic modeling of low-voltage distribution network drawing electrical wiring diagram for based on the low voltage distribution network is studied in the paper, which can guarantee the structure of three phase symmetry in various wiring case and line loss calculation for computer convenient. Basic data of the theoretical line loss calucation is listed, and practical method of the three phase balance low voltage distribution network is presented. The mathematical model of load distribution of combinatorial optimization problem is studied, and traditional heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm are applied in the optimization process to solve the low-voltage distribution network load balancing configuration problem of three-phase optimization, modern heuristic algorithm is also presented. The results of the calculation of actual power grid show that the model and algorithm is correct and it has good effect.The structure of low voltage power distribution network is complex, and the scale is large, and there are lack theoretical line loss special calculation tools. Therefore, new technology and new method of calculation of secondary development using VBA to develop a graphical power system network loss of low voltage power distribution and optimization configuration software based on Microsoft Visio2003graphics software is proposed and studied in the paper. A practical distribution network load balancing three-phase optimization visualization software running on Visio2003is developed. Development time show it provides a new effective way for the Visio secondary development technology of low-voltage distribution network load balancing three-phase optimization visualization software. The developed software has been applied in the low-voltage distribution district of Weihui county in Xinxiang to configuration of the practice load optimization.It has obvious effect and power function.
