The rapid development of industrial and agricultural production and the improvement of automation level have put forward higher requirements for the reliability of full power supply.Compared with the developed countries and even the southeast coastal areas,the power supply reliability of the northwest power grid is still low,the existing automation equipment utility ratio is low,fault repair time is longer,because of the failure cause loss area expands power more problems.As the "artery" of power supply,it is necessary to quickly determine the location of the distribution network and to reduce the power failure in a timely manner after the failure.Therefore,it is of great engineering sign ificance to study the design of more intelligent column circuit breakers to adapt to the automatic operation of distribution network lines.The whole intelligent high voltage circuit breaker is designed based on the operation goal of safe and reliable operation,accurate judgment and quick and timely feedback.For that we choose the better and more stable performance of SF6 circuit breaker as ontology of intelligent high voltage circuit breaker,as well as the hardware of the control module after analyzing advantages and disadvantages of each type,choose TMS320C6678 processor as intelligent control device of high voltage circuit breaker data analysis module,ispLSI1032 programmable components are chosen as the control unit of the logic processing module and GPS system as control unit positioning module,high-performance work lay the hardware foundation for the construction of intelligent high voltage circuit breaker.Not allow to ignore,the stand or fall of softw-are implementation results also decides the function of intelligent high voltage circuit breaker experience,in the control software design,we will be three sections of over-current protection,zero sequence protection,three times in three-phase reclosing protection control,time delay protection setting principle and adjustment scheme is introduced into the intelligent control module of high voltage circuit breaker,complete control module software functions.New intelligent high voltage circuit breaker can have after failure and delay protection setting according to the first set of substation outlet switch protection,prevent of substation misoperation cause serious accident,can accurately judge the fault type and location,the cut-off point of failure in time to avoid malfunction "above",reduce the blackout area,at the same time send fault information related to the end of the binding on the phone,reduce the burden of some troubleshooting,repair personnel to repair efficiency,etc.The new intelligent circuit breaker has the ability to protect the substation line switch according to the protection value and the delay setting after the fault occurs,eliminate the major accidents caused by the wrong action of the substation,and be able to accurately determine the type and location of the fault.Cut off the fault point in time to avoid the failure "step over",reduce the area of power outage,and send the malfunctions related information to the end of the bound mobile phone,reduce the burden of emergency repair personnel to check the failure,improve the rush repair efficiency and other functions.
