The prestressed pier is an important supporting strructure for the arc gate of a large drainage structure.The anchor block and the anchor cave are the key structures for for pier to exert prestressing force.Because of the prestressing force exerted by anchor cablep,the anchor block and the anchor cave are greatly grnerated.stress.In order to improve the stress conditions around the traditional anchor block and anchor cave,and improve the preloading effect of the pier neck and the stability of the pier structure,this paper makes a deep research on the shape of anchor block and anchor cave.In this paper,taking the middle pier of a prestressed pier of a project as the research object,the finite element model of prestressed pier is established by using three-dimensional finite element analysis software,calculates and analyses the stress distribution law of the pre-stressed pier under different working conditions,and the cavity position of the anchor block,the shape of the cavity and the connection between the bottom of the anchor block and the pier are studied,the reasonable anchor block shape is preferred;At the same time,the body shape and design parameters of each part of the anchor cave are systematically studied,and a reasonable anchor cave type is determined.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:.(1)Through the analysis of the proposed multi-cavity anchtor block type scheme,it is found that the cavity position is located at 0.5?2.0m from the upstream surface of the anchor block;The cavity shape is elliptical,which can effectively improve the preloading effect of the pier neck and improve the surface stress of the traditional cavity.Larger problem;The connection between the bottom of the anchor block and the pier is integratred and separated,the tensile stress on the cavity surface of the anchor block is not too large,and the lateral deformation of the anchor block is better restricted under the asymmetric load,avoid creating a large tensile stress in the neck of the pier.(1)Based on the geometric characteristics of various curves,the shape of each part of the anchor cave was studied.The top surface of the anchor cave is designed as a 1/4 arc surface,and a plane is added when necessary;the bottom surface of the anchor cave is designed as a 1/4 arc surface and a plane;the upstream surface of the anchor cave is designed as a straight surface,which can effectively reduce the tension stress around the anchor cave,and the construction is simple.(2)Analysis of the value of the design parameters of each part of the anchor cave found that the arc surface of the top or bottom of the anchor cave is tangent to the downstream plane and tangent to the plane part of the top or bottom surface.The radius is too small,which will cause the tensile stress on the top or bottom surface and the surrounding area to be too large.Small,the anchor cave is too large,which is unfavorable to the overall structure of the pier;The upstream vertical surface can meet the construction requirements as close as possible to the center of the downstream surface;The design range of the curved surface and the plane part of the specific top or bottom surface,as the upstream vertical position depends on the position.In summary,,reasonable selection of the prestressed pier anchor block and anchor cave body shape can effectively improve the stress state of the pier pier structure and save engineering investment.
