| With the continuous advancement of aerospace technology,the handling and safety of aircraft have been put forward.The aircraft control system is an important component of the aircraft.Its performance directly affects the flight characteristics of the aircraft,and is closely related to the life safety of the aircraft.The reliability of the aircraft control system is an important part of the aircraft system design.The active side-stickis an input device for a full-time and full-authority fly-by-wire system,which has the advantages of good handling quality and small space occupation,and the active side-stick can transmit the state information of the aircraft to the human sensing system during flight.Then it can provide the pilot with the feedback in the form of force to enhance the driver’s situational awareness and improve the flight quality of the aircraft.Therefore,it is very significant to research on the reliability of the active side-stick system.Based on GO methodology,the reliability of aircraft active side-stick system is studied,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)The structure and function of the active side-stick are analyzed,and the functional schematic diagram of the system is obtained by studying the logical relationship between the components.(2)The reliability of the active side-stick system is quantitatively analyzed based on GO method,and the analysis process of GO method is elaborated.According to the functional schematic diagram of the active side-stick system of the aircraft,the GO chart model is constructed,and the GO algorithm is implemented by the probability formula method.The reliability analysis results of the active side-stick of the aircraft are obtained,and compared with the reliability results of the fault tree analysis(FTA)method,the correctness of the GO method is verified.(3)In order to improve the reliability of the active side-stick system,the design method of component margin of active side-stick system based on GO method is studied,and the active side-stick system with redundant component information is analyzed and calculated with the GO method.The reliability calculation formula is derived,and the optimal design method of the active side-stick system is obtained.(4)For the uncertainty problem in reliability evaluation,the theory of fuzzy mathematics is introduced and combined with GO methodology,so that the reliability calculation result of the system is more in line with the actual situation.(5)For the weak link of system design,Bayesian network is introduced.and the Bayesian network of active side-stick system based on Bayesian GO method is constructed.By using Bayesian two-way reasoning ability,the weak points of the system can be found correctly and efficiently,and suggestions for improvement of the future design of the system are proposed.In summary,the reliability modeling and reliability quantitative analysis of active side-stick system are carried out based on GO method,and the GO model is used for the active side-stick system redundancy design,which calculate the optimal active side-stick system redundancy result.The fuzzy mathematics theory and Bayesian network are introduced to study the reliability problem under the uncertain conditions and the weak link diagnosis of active side-stick system,and have made good progress. |
