Centralized heating is the inevitable development trend of urban heat consumption under the economic development of China.As the core of the central heating network,the heat exchange station is being expanded with the scale of heating,and the control technology of its related processes is being put forward higher requirements.Especially in the upper computer,it is necessary to have a large number of parameters of the station itself.The variables are combined with the monitoring interface.If there is no template to assist,then every time a manager establishes a new control site,it will undoubtedly repeat a lot of previous work.This paper takes this as a starting point,develops a series of common function templates for the remote control terminal,and combines the control requirements of the lower computer to integrate the design standards of the field control system and the data transmission module,and finally constructs a complete centralized heating.The network management and control platform is as follows:The on-site control adopts the PLC's lower-position machine control,completes the real-time regulation of the on-site parameters through the built-in program instructions,and combines the GPRS wireless remote transmission module to complete the lower-machine communication construction of the control platform.The remote management terminal is based on the configuration technology,and Kingview is selected as the software environment.First,a variable structure template is developed.By citing the object-oriented concept in the programming language,the template attributes the member variables,becomes the component structure of the object variables,and generates a new object data type.The user only needs to select this type,and the platform can automatically generate the auxiliary member variables when defining the object variable,thereby realizing the rapid and batch setting of the parameters.This paper also designs the PID component,develops function of PID parameter adjustment directly from the upper computer to the heat exchange station,and also designs the heat exchange process monitoring interface and additional function interface.Finally,through the variable association,the structure variables are linked with these control interfaces to construct a general host computer control platform.Together with the field end and the transmission end,the overall design of the central heating network management and control platform is completed,which provides the development basis and design ideas for the follow-up work of the heat exchange station management personnel.
